Haha don't read my lack of smiling as being sadness over my lack of bigmac consumption (although that still gets me down sometimes lol) I just don't have any smiling pictures. The glasses one was the most recent i had and was taken after a particularly bad date last night!

Stick with it, it's never easy but soon the numbers lost will go up and along the way the changing you will be your own motivation. I started at 288 in March, now at 200 in November. My life has changed entirely in the meantime. It is worth it.

6 ft started at 288lbs on March 3rd 2011, am now 223lbs. Combine keeping track of the calories with exercise and it works.

I generally stick to well below my calorie goal, but I have a huge amount to lose. If you only have 15 to lose i would think sticking to your goal consistently will mean you will see results soon! Good luck!

One of my friends on mfp suggested that you couldnt see the loss (if any) on my chin because i hadnt shaved! I think it was her nice way of telling my im a slob. So i wanted to add a pic here of me shaven to see what you guys think.

I smoked pretty much every day for years until a few months ago. I blame it for my ballooning weight, mainly because of the munchies, easy to put away 2-3000 calories a night when smoking weed.

As a 6foot male I chose between 200 and 210 even though that is above what my ideal weight should be. I weigh myself officially once a week for MFP on the gym scales wearing my work out clothes including shoes, usually after work and before a training session. I weigh myself unofficially about ten times a day on my cheap CVS scale at home and do not recommend it at all, the fluctuations can be dispiriting. Even on the gym…

Hi shawn! Thanks for the reply. My aim by July is actually to have lost enough so people notice that i am losing weight, so if i can lost even 30 or 40 by july i should notice a difference right? I realized i wrote i want to lost almost 70 by july and that is probably too ambitious.
