I have to have my coffee everyday no matter what. So I use generic fat free creamer (only 10 cals per teaspoon) and instead of sugar I use sugar free Torani syrup (serving size 2 tablespoons which is WAY more than I actually use and NO calories). There are a lot of different flavors, too.

I quit smoking almost 6 months ago (after a pack a day for 17 years) and gained a little weight also. Im here to get rid of it, too :) Congrats on quiting smoking!!! And good luck with your weight loss.

I saute mine with onion and bell pepper most of the time. Sometimes I just pop them in the microwave and top with a little ranch. :smile:

I make an omelet for breakfast usually with 3 egg whites, 95%fat free diced ham (or fat free turkey) and shredded cheese. Even with three cups of coffee it's well under 300 calories and very filling.

Messing up 1 day is not the end of the world. Just grab your water and running/walking shoes and get to moving. Tomorrow is a new day and you have the rest of today to work off your McDonalds breakfast :)

I slice mine up, toss in olive oil, sprinkle with veggie seasoning and either steam or grill. My kids even love this!

A friend of mine tried it and didn't like it at all. She didn't see the results that she was expecting, and she said it made her feel terrible.
