Has anyone done this? How did it make you feel... I bought and started this last night, so we will see what happens.

    Isn't that the one she is being sued over because it contains a concoction of chemicals that could kill you?

    I bought it, and didn't like that there was barely any information at all inside the pamplets, so it sits here.. I haven't touched it.

    I've tried it, and it did okay....didn't notice much of a difference....but I did google this about lawsuits and found this....

    None of the over the counter products are good for you.....Why don'tyou try Herbalife 21 day cleanse you are going to pay a lil more money than the over the counter ones but they are guareenteed to work and very gentle:)Also you get the luxury of a coach to check in on you to make sure the product is being taking correct and if you have any problems:)

    Well, you have a natural built-in detoxer call your "liver"...it's free and if you take care of it, will do the job for a long time

    What people need is fiber if you want to "de-tox"....clean out your colon and prevent a load of diseases

    Lastly, all those supplements can interfere with medications; so, be careful if you take meds for any health conditions

    This is very true. I have a severe thyroid condition and all of them interfere with my synthroid mendication. Be very careful. Maybe try a natural fiber supplement first to cleanse and that may help boost your system toward your weightloss goal!

    Whatever!!! There is way too much controversy over this...eat right, exercise, cut down on red meat, don't eat out and cook your own food...your good to go!!!

    Save your money and put it toward a massage and detox that way

    Well that is about all the convincing I need. It was an impulse buy at Target last night. I guess I really don't need a detox... I get lots of fiber, lots of water, I get regular massages, and I eat clean as much as possible... oh and I do take care of my liver... So guess this is going to go in the garbage.

    Take it back to Target and get your money back...tell them your on meds that it will interfere with

    For all the liver detoxers out there...don't smoke, limit liquor, limit fatty foods and you should be GOOD!!! Your liver will love you....

    Detoxing is a major job!!! Since all our food. water, clothes ect..... have so many toxins that enter your body through our largest organ "SKIN". Keep on keepin on!!!

    Again, if your liver function is normal...this is not a problem...instead of taking pills...walk , cut down on fossil fuels and car pollution...double benefits...the money you save on these supplements you could buy a bike

    I was only sharing what works for me, trust me I have over come many obstacles in my life "Breast Cancer" and still fighting!!!
    So im pretty sure I know what works for me and so do my physicians.

    I am not doubting that you believe in this product and it's success as part of your treatment. I feel that many people are mislead by ignorance and commercialism. People need to do their RESEARCH when using supplements. Anyway, keep up the fight against cancer.:flowerforyou:

    Oh I totaly agree on the research, very important!!! That's why I use Isagenix, all natural no supplements like you find in the usual products from some of the major nutritional stores. But thanks for the support!!!

    A friend of mine tried it and didn't like it at all. She didn't see the results that she was expecting, and she said it made her feel terrible.

    Also a foot bath ( or a Bath bath ) in Epsom Salt helps draw out impurities. no harmful side effects :D
    Milk Thistle supplement is good for your liver :wink:

    (Just stating my opinion)- I don't like the idea of any kind of diet supplements, period. But isn't it funny how JM claims to be the toughest trainer (she is in my book) but then promotoes this kind of stuff. It just doesn't make sense to me. I definitely agree with all of the other suggestions of natural cleansing and also as a Massage Therapist, I highly recommend getting regular massages and drinking plenty of water so it flushes everything out!
