Advocare MNS MAX 3?

Im just wondering if anyone uses Advocare products and if you get the benefits that are promised from them? A family member swears by them (she also sales them) and has sent me a sample of Spark and a sample of MNS MAX 3. Im the type of person who rarely ever even takes a tylenol because I just don't like taking pills to fix a problem. However, IF this MNS MAX 3 is all it's promised to be then I would gladly spend my money on it. I would just like to know if anyone out there has any input.
