  • The struggle IS real for me too, but some days are amazing and others I need help! I take it one meal at a time some days and the other days I am fine. Keep blogging about it when you need help and encouraging others when you are strong :) You can do this!
  • Donate! If you have anything that would work for job interviews or work, try finding a great women's shelter to give them to so they go directly to women who can use them right away :)
  • I know what you mean in that when I did not track, I lost some confidence and went off the rails. It took a while before I could feel like I could do it without tracking every little calorie every single meal every single day, etc.. You have to take it one meal at a time and not over think it bc that might lead to feeling…
  • Only bc I absolutely LOVE Zumba, I still do it regularly and on the days I do not have a class, I go for a walk with the kids. I do weights while waiting for zumba to start so I get all I need in much more efficient amount of time. I only workout on weekdays and leave the weekends for fun with the family! I hope you find…
  • Thanks! Is there a notification of new items that NS sends out?
  • Yep, me too. I just put together a plan for maintenance today and joined a gym, so I am hoping that stress doesn't get the better of me this time. Visiting family is challenging for me too and I have to figure out a balance or a plan to not make it awkward and annoying to stick with it. The effort WILL pay off for you!!!!
  • Well, I really messed up on this July goal. After we saw a snake on our walking path, I have not been able to muster enough courage to venture back out there! Good news is that I have cleared out every last moving box that was on top of my pilates equipment and after I organize the space I will be in business. You are all…
  • I saw PB2 at our local warehouse but I was not familiar with PB Fit. I compared labels and saw that it has slightly more calories as you mentioned and also slightly less sugar and sodium than PB2. I love to add 12g of powdered pb to my spicy kung pao lunch cup. It thickens the sauce and curbs the spice. My favorite lunch…
  • Hi All! I'm Nan, btw
  • Hi April, I am not a vegetarian, but I do order a lot of the meatless options out of preference. I just add lots of veggies with different spices/seasonings to the NS meals to make myself feel satisfied. Re: price, I am sure you are aware, but the NS gift cards are on sale at Costco for $59.99 for the $100 gift card and…
  • You girls are doing great and are certainly keeping me moving. I have hit my goal and then some each day! I have to figure out how to turn the tracker on my phone again OR find my FitBit so I can find out exactly how far I have been walking, but I am thinking it is between 3-4 miles??
  • I am not sure what is happening but it is happening to me too. I know that in my case, I have been eating the saltier NS foods and a few days ago I had added some cracked salt over my veggies. I thought for sure after all the water and unsweetened iced tea I've had that I would have lost the water weight, but now my…

  • Yes, the loaded baked potato does that to me as well although I'm not sure why??

  • Love this! I'm in for at least a mile a day and hopefully much more ;)
  • So excited! I was down to my last one. I like to buy them online so I can use my credit card
  • Thank you! I will certainly try it. Makes sense about being more active and eating differently on the weekends.
  • That's terrific!! I know what you mean about finding the right foods to make up the calories. Great weigh in!!!
  • OK, I ended up getting a few. I enjoy the full leaf, so I restocked on the TAZO vanilla roobios and got a tin of chocolate peppermint. I am also trying a cinnamon orange spice that I cannot wait to have in the am. I am now hooked on pouring it over ice! I don't add anything to it, but might have to go get some lemons, now…
  • SurrealChereal, I am going to have to go shopping for some new teas tonight, thanks for the tip! Shedthesweater, the cup I brewed this am was SO strong that I too added it to ice, ha! Making that switch is saving me quite a few calories each am, even though I was using Silk's 1/2 almond 1/2 coconut milk for only 50…
  • Ours are similar! This week my goals are to 1. LOG! 2. switch from chai latte to plain tea and 3. get at least 10k steps/day
  • Oh you two are hilarious! I LOVE it!!
  • Hahaha! Love this :) The NS donut is yummy if you heat it up a little and enjoy it with a hot cup of coffee. Try dunking it to soften it up a bit.
  • Chicken Alfredo & Turkey Bacon Ranch Rigatoni are made better using Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning and the pizzas are irresistible with sauteed onions on top
  • LOVE that, ty!
  • What? What? Did someone say carrot cake?! Yes, I saw that flavor and am glad you sd it was good bc those things can quickly go seriously awry! I am always way under for sodium but agree that I do not want so many processed foods in my life... It is the sugar that I am having trouble eliminating. Everything has flipping'…
  • These are all great suggestions, ty! I found some vegan Korean nori for 69 cents at whole foods that is only 30 calories per bag and it is so good in place of the salty, crispy chips cravings. It is located near the kettle chips by the salad bar/deli. Anyone like the VitaTops by Vitalicious? If so, what flavor?
  • I am trying to stay away from bad stuff like chips and cakes and wd like to update some of my add-ins w some new items that will put me towards the amount of calories I need but with healthier foods. Just trying to get ideas.
  • Ha! Saboteur, you are doing an AMAZING job! Dame, I agree...you can only hope but these two were a little older.
  • Dame, that is hilarious, "restaurant-style", agreed rhon! Congratulations on your -35, Dame!! You are doing great with the -23, rhon!
