Also, I walk at 4 mph.

Thank you all for your advice. I really appreciate it.

Got it. Thanks. I thought it was there somewhere.

My HRM shows that I burn about 500 calories per workout. On a doubles day, I get close to 1,100 calories.

I'm about to start week 4 of Alpha, where I have to do 3 TBCs. I struggle with them big time. Everything else is doable, but TBC is by far the toughest. You're not the only one. Everyone I talked to, they all struggle with TBC. I hate the spider pushups. I even have a hard time modifying them. Do what you can and watch…

I'm currently finishing the 4th week of Alpha. So far the results are great. I lost about 9 lbs, but I feel like the inches are coming off big time. I didn't take measurements, but I really feel it in my clothes. Good luck with the program. Don't strive for perfection. Do what you can and results will come.

What a great success story!

I'm watching my calories and doing T25. Just like others have said, pick an exercise you like and stick to it. It doesn't matter how you burn your calories, as long as you burn them. Just remember, proper nutrition makes you look good in your clothes. Proper exercise makes you look good naked. And don't forget, abs are…

I'm currently doing T25. I finished 2 weeks of Alpha. For me, the toughest workout is Total Body Circuit. I modify a lot there. The next toughest is Ab Intervals. Everything else I'm doing ok. I'm not following the meal plan that came with the program. I'm using MFP to track my calories and micro nutrients. I'm 40 year old…

That's a good advice. Thanks.

I guess since the workout is pretty difficult for me now, I have a hard time envisioning myself moving on to Beta, but hopefully in 5 weeks, it will seem move feasible. Thanks.
-
Thanks for encouragement. I look at it this way. Even if I do 25% of the workout initially, it's still better than doing nothing at all. Hopefully once I get stronger, that percentage number will go up. I did Ab Intervals today and I probably succeeded at about 50% of the workout. I'm not striving for perfection. I'm…

Thanks for your advice. I finished Day 3 today of Alpha, which is Total Body Circuit. That routine totally kicked my *ss. Even the modifier was tough for me. I succeeded maybe at 25% of the workout. I'm hoping to get stronger as the time goes on and it will get easier. I can't imagine myself moving to Beta anytime soon,…

Thanks for the advice guys. Today is the first day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Great job! How did you do it? What was your nutrition and fitness like?
-
Thanks for clarifying. Honestly, I have never heard that before.
-
Am I a little slow today or does the question really doesn't make any sense?
-
Well done. How about a story on how you got there? After all, it's a "success stories" section. Good job!
-
Point proven. It's a bogus post. I don't know why someone would do that.
-
Linda73c, Nobody is trying to be mean here. But what OP posted was not a success story. There is no story. Next time I'll write a post with a subject "I lost 500 lbs. 50 lbs more to go." Then I'll expect everyone to praise me and say what great job I did and that I'm a hero.
-
Well done!

Lol... yesterday was just one of those days. It's just that when I see a post like this, I have a hard time believing that it's true. No story. No pictures. Even ticker on his profile is way off. How's that a success story. I truly believe that if someone lost 110 lbs, they have a story to tell and pictures to prove. I…

Congrats! This is a "Success Stories" section. Where is your story? Where are your pictures? People come here for motivation and inspiration. How's your post suppose to inspire others? It's more like a brag than a success story. Sorry for my rant. Maybe I'm just hungry.

What an amazing transformation! Really well done!

I did the original Power 90 and had great success. Lost about 30 lbs in 90 days. Never skipped a workout. Then took a little break and ordered the new P90. Did the first couple of days and hated it. Tony was great, but the moves were so uncomfortable. I felt like a circus monkey doing those moves. Returned the program…

This is all so inspiring. Hope this threads explodes and eventually gets pinned. Keep 'em coming.

Thank you all.

That's awesome guys! Keep 'em coming. Hope this thread really grows.

I did a round of Power 90 last year and lost around 30 lbs. I've had muscle definition. I saw my abs popping out. My forearms, chest, legs, etc... everything had muscle showing. Then things happened in life and I stopped. I regretted it. Then I decided to try P90 as soon as it came out. I was excited to try it. When I…

Thanks for your feedback guys. What about the fact that I still have fat to lose? I still have about 20 lbs that I need to get rid off. I'm currently eating about 1,800 - 2,000 calories per day. Should I consume less and do more reps? or what?
