Set my own nutrition goals

I was a very active member of MyFitnessPal back in 2014. I was excersicing heavily, watching my nutrition and had great results. I had some health issues in the past several years and now I'm trying to get back into it. But I see the system has changed a little. I can't set my own calories, carbs, fats and proteins. The system does it for me after I update my profile. I used to set my own numbers, but now I can't. Is there a way to set my own custom numbers?
