Almost back to Onederland

11 month progress (minus about 5 for a knee injury). Started at 245. Made my way back down to 204. I maintained over the winter while I was healing, but I've been hitting the gym hard and meal prepping religiously for about a month now. My overall goal is to look like I did when I was 21--175 (5'9).

Wow, you're looking great! And you've given me a bit of hope - I did my ankle over the weekend, and I'm really annoyed because I was getting stronger, and better at running, and losing weight... and now I can't really do much exercise
Good to see someone maintain and then get back into it once they've healed
