Apples and lemons really take the grassy taste away from kale. My 'go to' juice is apple, kale, carrot and celery. I also like to add lemon or ginger sometimes. Experiment and see what you like...good luck!

A healthy way to get your bowels moving is the combination of buffered vitamin C ( I prefer powder form) and magnesium citrate. Play with the amounts until you get it right. I do green fresh 'green' juice every morning. Lots of different options...it usually depends on what's fresh or on sale in the market. Apple, kale (or romaine), carrot and cucumber is one of my staple. Experiment...depends on what you like.
