NEED FRIENDS FOR SUPPORT

Hi everyone... I am at my last straw.. I have to lose this weight but feel overwhelmed and scared I cant do it... Just want some friends to help along my journey to share stories, tips, support, and motivation.. I am just starting today sand have 144 lbs to lose. It will be a long journey and I dont want to do it alone.

Hello,
I don't have any friends on my list either. I was on this for almost a year and what ever i loss I would gain back. But one month ago I started not only looking at the calories but also the carbs and sugar. I believe carbs and sugar are the most important. I think it is ok to go over the daily calories but stay under the carbs and sugar. Also no eating two hours before you go to bed at night. Lost 10 pounds by doing just this the last month - the weight is falling off. Hope you do well. This is my first post by the way0 -
