I recently bought Trader Joe's Organic ketchup and it only has 4g per 2 TBS. The taste is a little different from regular ketchup, but it's pretty good and easy to get used to! Good luck.

I would also like to know what the difference is between the "fat burn" range and "cardio" range ?? I am 5'3" and am working on getting down to 135 lbs. Haven't plateaued yet...

I sometimes have a chocolate fudgicle by "Fudgesicle" for 60 calories. It's frozen so it takes a while to eat and is so chocolatey! Kills my craving, thank god.

At a recent spinning class, the instructor yelled out "Don't touch your levers!" The men looked mildly amused but us women couldn't stop laughing out loud!! It took us several minutes to recover and regain focus!!

I do the Shred about three times/week and cardio like spinning or elliptical on the other days. I find it boring to do the same thing day after day and like to mix it up.

For me the best way I've been burning fat is my elliptical (between 30-40 minutes 3x week) or spinning class at the gym (2 one hour classes a week). If you combine cardio work-outs with some resistance training (weights) then your metabolism will get an extra boost and you will continue to lose fat even after you work out.…
