  • I have been thinking about getting one. Some of the material I've read says that mini tramps are very beneficial just as the other post has listed for you.
  • I have the same problem. If I go to bed hungry, I will wake up and go downstairs to get something to eat. I try to figure the snacks in my calories but do go over sometimes. That's why the weight loss has been slow for me. I have no solution/suggestion just empathy. Good luck.
  • I find it interesting that a vast majority of your personal interests can't be discussed here. Hmmmmmm. I found this site on my android too. Anyway, good luck to you as well.
  • Greetings right back at ya!! MFP helps keep you honest and really think about what you put in your mouth. Plus it is very easy to use. Thai food is healthy, so that should help also. Add me if you want but I am way past baby years, waiting for grandchildren. Good luck.
  • One should have at least one BM per day. Some people go after every meal. If you go to a health food store, there are herbal suppliments for colon cleansing, I can't give you any names, ask the clerk or just look around and read lables. A more traditional "help" is good old prune juice before bed. Warming it helps it work…
  • That's why they call it comfort food : )
  • Good luck!! Feel free to add me.
  • I take about 10 suppliments per day, eating well or not. Everyone makes their own choice about what to take but a basic multi and b complex would be a great start. B complex helps with energy and cell function. Look some things up on the internet. There is a newsletter (email) you can get from Dr. Mercola. Just google his…
  • Not telling you what to do, just giving advice. Take a shower, then have sex. It should energize you, (the shower and the sex). Sometimes you have to make yourself do things. After a short while, it becomes part of your routine. If the dishes bother you, do them. That simple. Housework is exercise. Mundane chores help…
  • I count it. Work is exercise. Many older people that are of normal weight, don't excercise but work, garden, do home improvement, bowl, etc. t. Most of them have healthy appetites and eat in moderation to their activity level. It seems to work for them. We shall see what happens. Good luck to all.
  • Good luck!
  • Eat what is served. Small portions. Perhaps just cole slaw and fish, skip the hush puppies or just have one or half of one. It will cause problems and hurt feelings to bring other food in. The only excuse I could see as acceptable for eating other food is..........if you are vegan, on nurtra system, gluten free diet, etc,…
  • Yes, V-8 counts.
  • Don't beat yourself up! Either get out and walk some of it off or...................................................go to sleep and start anew the next day. One day will not destroy what you are trying to do. Good luck!
  • I bike often, have had back surgery in 1999. The bike I bought and love is an Electra. Look them up online and find a retailer near you. You can only buy at retailer or used if you can find it. They have a few different styles. I have a classic cruiser, big butt seat standard. : ) Just a larger seat. Mine is a three speed.…
  • Two snaps and a thumbs up!! : )
  • I count my activity @ work. I am a nurse on a busy floor, 12 hour shifts. I count all the walking I do as slow pace times so many minutes per hour. Out of 4 hours, depending on how much walking I really do, I claim 40-60 min of walking. And I claim 40-60 min of light, moderate effort house cleaning. If I do CPR or…
  • Good Luck!! From Indiana, small town USA here, "Little Pink Houses". Have been using MFP since 3/8, helps a lot. Take care.
  • I think you should count one or the other. Keep in mind a calorie is a calorie. Some last longer in our bodies than others. Carbs don't keep blood sugar stable as long as protens and fiber.
