You sound pretty close to my build and my goal weight. Doctors charts are wacked if they think I am going to hit 210. I would not look right.

6'4" started at 384. Currently around the 324 mark. Stopped losing weight, apparently I am turning fat into muscle faster than I am losing weight. Pants keep getting looser thought he weight changes little. I imagine I will start losing again quickly.

GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 I use 1 scoop vs the 3 they recommend. I drink one after I work out and 1 for breakfast on my recovery days. I have been eating alot of lean proteins like fish and chicken and use this to make up the deficit.

I have OCD's so I have to use the office stall. Of course I can use others but the others don't stock a disinfectant and it then requires me to build an eagles nest of TP or hover.

You know, I like this. I think personally myself I would reverse it so my muscles can build and heal overnight but I like it. I bet I would sweat at work though.

I have more energy to burn in the afternoon after eating through out the day but I hear alot say morning is the best time because it gets your metabolism jump started. I will go with those that say, do it when you can.

I can't wrap my brain around consuming 300g of protein, under any circumstance. Come to think of it, I don't think I can wrap my wallet around it either.

I did a ton of research on this and found that .7g per lbs to be more common. That being said, I am a big person and there is no way I am going to consume that much right now. I can't. With a low sodium high fiber diet its hard to hit all the calories. I try to get at least 75% of them.

I don't do daily weigh ins. Its not worth the stress of a half pound here or there depending on the time of day, if you had your daily or if you drank too much. I don't believe in diets. It a lifestyle change. You can diet to lose weight and as soon as you lose it you go off the diet and return to bad habits. Make that lifestyle change and you will win.

Depending on what your exercises are it is entirely possible that you are exchanging fat weight for muscle weight. Don't be discouraged. It is a good thing to tone your body. Give it a bit more time. You might find that your weight does not drop but your clothes fit better.
