    like the posters say. 80% diet 20% gym

    Like other posts, well said and that is what I'm working on, decreasing my BF%. It is more about what you're eating than what you're exercising when it comes to seeing abs and arm muscles.

    Wow. That was incredibly rude and uncalled for. A lot of people have body pictures in their profile. You just posted one of your stomach. You don't need to call someone a *kitten* for doing the same. WFT?

    Reading posts in all caps is annoying. I type in caps for work sometimes too but it only takes 2 seconds to turn OFF the caps lock.

    yeah - wow. I work from home, my job ALSO is to type in all caps.

    I change the caps lock setting when typing on boards, and change it back when working.

    Or if I forget, I apologize in the next post, and change it then.

    Its takes like 2 seconds, and is just a nice courtesy for those who you are asking for FREE help from.

    Many of us read lots and lots of posts daily, and try to help people.

    It is indeed difficult to read an "all caps" post - and no need to be insulting in return.

    When you type in all caps - its considered the same as "yelling" online - thus the reference.

    Ok, this is interesting because I am having this issue as well. I am at my goal weight and lifting and doing cardio. BUT if I drop my body fat percentage won't that mean more weight loss? I do not want to look like a rail. I know it sounds stupid, but honestly this does confuse me.

    Yeah...I just got a pm from the OP. I wasn't trying to be hurtful with my remark about caps lock...I was kidding. I tried to give her information as to when I started seeing definition, which was what her question was. I do not think that women in sports bras and spandex shorts are *kitten*, despite the OP's comments. This is a fitness website and pictures in fitness attire seems appropriate to me.
