I have RA as well, walking is all I can do exercise wise. I am eating cleaner and that has helped some need to lose at least 20. Feel free to add me I am a daily user of this site. Good luck and try and stay strong

Since I gave up diet coke my whole body feels better.. the aspartame inflamed my muscles and caused headaches.. I still drink one every once in a while but the 3 a day is a no no for me.. google artificial sweeteners and you will see what the ingredients are doing to your body,,

I like the ones I have tried. I also like them because they have 20g protein and 17g fiber.. no others out there that I have seen compare to this...

I do a meal on the weekend that I usually wouldn't have during the week. It allows me to have a "cheat" meal if you want to call it that. I usually stay on or around my daily calories so I don't worry to much about it... But for me it is something I need and want to do since this is for life not just until I lose my weight…

I have shopped around and at the moment ordering them off the quest site is the best price I have found so far. I eat these most days for breakfast. I love the fact that they have protein and fiber and I feel full for hours after I eat them..

I do one cheat meal a week... usually go over my calories by 500ish and the next day I am always down a half a pound or so.. I think it is good for mind and body.. but you have to be careful that you don't do it often

Yes I did choose that for exercising 1-3 times a week . I walk everyday for 3o minutes or more and I do strength training every other day. weight loss goal on MFP is 1 lb a week

My TDee is 1780 on a couple of sites and 1300+ for BMR that is what I don't understand... why is MFP so low compared to all of the ones I have read?

SO MFP tells me to eat 1250 when I did my profile and this site tells me I should never go below 1392 ? why wouldn't MFP have this figured into my calculations?

Yes I want to track steps and what I actually burn in a normal day... the calories I could care less about because with me I can't eat back my exercise calories or I don't lose.. but that is me

I am with Sarahmoo. I have nothing entered in my profile so it doesn't account for it, then I log it.. I tried both ways and it gave me the same calorie amount to eat so I don't think it matters which way you do it

I think of how big a 5 pound bag of sugar is and that is how much bulk you have lost!!! Keep it up sticking to it is what works!
