You could try taking them right before you go to bed and then you might be able to sleep through the yucky feeling. This is what I had to do while taking vitamins when I was pregnant and had morning sickness!!

In my experience with my husband, you have to wait until its his choice. It just wont work whenyou are trying to push him into it. Its very frustrating I know but you cant make someone do something they dont want to do. :grumble:

I also have this problem! I make a cup of green tea and herbal tea together ( a little trick from Jackie Warner). It works for me but adds no extra calories. The warm tea also seems to get my system ready for bed as it always makes me sleepy! Hope this helps!
