Sick of having a fat poochy belly in a bathing suit. Sick of thigh spread when I sit down. Tired of having to angle my face right and not smile fully to assure I have no double chin in pictures. Tired of having my mom stare at me and ask if I’m sure I want to eat that

Goverment jobs don’t pay well. Not much else around here

Been working 7 days a week for 5 years in April.

People have to work to make money and pay bills. I have to feed my family by cooking and I want my home to be clean.

A barre/ lifting/ or other class for an hour then an hour cardio.

I work my other job from 10 to 6 on Saturdays and 12-5 on Sunday.

I don’t have time to sleep. It takes me an hour and a half each way to get to work, so get home at 630, cook, go to Gym about 8, get home about 1030, clean up house and do stuff and get to bed between 12 and 1230. Get up at 5 am and start again

I changed up my workout and added interval classes, power lifting classes, and barre. I still run and bike. I was just running and biking. I’m trying to lift more. I went from level 6 on the stationary bike for a workout to level 11 minuum for 45 minutes keeping my hr at about 138 to 165 at all times per hrm. I don’t sleep…

I like PF for the price, the convience (there is one 5 minutes from my work, one five minutes from my house, another on the way home from work); and the fact that after 20+ years of working out and a few years of working as a personal trainer, I pretty much know how to give myself a great workout on my own.

But it’s great for that motivational kick in the *kitten*. Two pounds in a week. Awesome. !

I wear yoga pants. The compression style ones at least hide the jiggle and cellilute.

I am 43. I need to loose about 12 pounds to start. Then I have another goal after that but I want goal one first. I stepped on the scale after a nasty back injury and the holidays and was like OMG, I've gained 10 pounds. Mine is all food. Thick as in 150-60 pounds or thick as in Chrissy Metz on this is us, who is probably over 400 pounds and may eat the entire craft table as a snack

1500 to 1800. I exercise a lot and don't sit down a lot . I actually loose any time I go under 2000. I could never go under 1200 long term. I would starve.
