    Can we just mention real quick that you have to take away the sun completely for superman to not be super... but then also, without the sun you can't have Batman either... well because...life?

    What is your definition of suddenly? Immediately without warning? Then we're screwed. I'm no scientifical wizard such as @MeeseeksAndDestroy but if there is no warning especially during the day there is no way Bruce Wayne can survive.

    If there is a warning sign our sun is dying superman can dip himself into the sun harvesting it's power till he finds a different yellow sun.

    We'd have 8 min... Batman forever!

    Ok, sounds like they'd both survive. The difference is... Batman's currency wouldn't be good on any other planet assuming he found one.... so he'd just be a karate expert.

    Superman would be more then ok and thrive.
