Scale stuck for 3 weeks

My gut, my double chin in pictures, and my touching thighs. I also have bad teeth and uneven eyebrows but cant afford braces again ( had them once, and never was taken for follow ups by parents or given a retainer and they've shifted back to crooked)

Ok.. I hate Ginger and Celery. I've heard its a genetic or chromosome thing because they both taste like dish soap to me. So does Cilantro. So, good juices without any of the above, and without peanut or almond butter.. which i both love, but every time I have in a juice or smoothie make me gag.

Ok.. if I work out on the arc trainer on level 6, which is the lowest resistance of 40 and highest of 95, my heart rate stays about 160-185 the whole workout and I burn close to 530 calories in 30 minutes.. while sucking air hard the whole time. weight lifting true calorie count
If I spend about an hour doing weights and squats/lunges etc at the gym, what is the true calorie burn or what should I list that as. I know that mfp lists weight lifting at 100 per 30 minutes. Is that true? Seems low.

I get between Calculate TDEE Your BMR is: 1399 Calories/Day Your TDEE is: 2045 minus 20% 1636. and this one BMR 1382 and TDEE 1967 minus 20 % 1567. So what is correct..

I was reading on here that you can take your measurements with a tape measure to determine body fat percentage...not just to see if you are loosing weight but to tell if you are 18%, 28% fat, etc. Is that true, and if so how do you do it?

Eating on no exercize days
How does one eat on no exercise days. I'm on 1200 calories a day which seems like NOTHING if I don't exercise. So, do you skip meals on no exercise days so you can have a tasty dinner or something?
