Cannot get scale to drop.

Totally annoyed. was 150.4 last Saturday. Now back to 151.0 . Have been going below net and working out like an insane woman all week and cannot CANNOT get the scale to drop again. This Sucks. How do I get the scale to drop!!!!!

    About 300-400 below net. I track exericise calories using HRM, and if im on equipment I use that and my HRM and count the lowest of the two. But here I was told I need to keep my heart rate up at about 170-to 185 consistantly to get those big calorie burns and the equipment says I am above fat burning mode doing that. It's HARD to go fast enough and at a level high enough on the arc trainer or treadmill to keep it up for 30-45 minutes too. I'm a sopping wet piece of nasty after that.

    It's hard for you to do the exercise because you're not eating enough. If MFP is telling you to eat 1200 calories before exercise. Then you exercise, and your Net drops, you eat to bring it back to your target goal.

    The Net target already includes a deficit. Don't eat much below MFP's target Net. If you do, that means you're not eating enough.
