Overeasting Help

Feeling super guilty. Woke up this morning wanting to eat my hand. Ate breakfast of 400 calories. Still was having a food fantasy orgy in my head. Ate my lunch of 375 calories. Then Went to a baby shower at work at 2:30 pm. Ate stuffed olives, and cheese cubes, and nuts, and a piece of king cake. So I looked at the nutrition labels in the break room and estimated I had a 400 calorie snack. So I've massively overate for a no exercise day ( I have movie plans tonight so no time to go to the gym). So, how do I fix this? By the way the food gave me a huge stomach--gasm. SOOO Good. And I've had net calories of about 850 the last 4 days. Does it balance out with a light light dinner tonight.??
