Over 78 calories on the scale...up a stupid pound this morning from yesterday and two from Saturday. Just need to give up food

    Weight fluctuates.

    I'm up 2 lbs just from ovulation. It happens.

    Other than that, start weighing your food if you're not already.

    This is your second thread on wanting to 'give up food', albeit with much less cussing. If you're not losing weight, then you need to stop and take a hard look at what you're doing and figure out where the problem is.

    Weigh your food, log it consistently everyday, and be patient.

    I just ate a big breakfast, a bottle of water, and a cup of coffee. I am easily up probably 2 pounds within like 20 minutes. It isn't about how much you weight day to day, it is about the changes you make to your life. This isn't supposed to be easy, don't expect it to be.

    Your looking at this all wrong!!
    Being over by 78 calories, and daily weight fluctuations are normal and it happens.
    There's some days I'm over by 500 calories, and my scale fluctuates all the t.ime. You can't freak out over little things, nobody is perfect
