Due to not tracking, the holidays, a back injury and stress I’ve put on 10 pounds since I checked and probably about 3 in a month. Yuck. So I need to loose. If I could loose fast it would be awesome but I’m going to have to learn good eating again and am still babying my back, plus an income drop has caused me mega stress. Please encourage me.

Hello, I am back too. I have been off my fitness pal for about 2 years. In that time I have gained close to 20 pounds. Time to get back on track....we've got this!0
