If you have an IHeartRadio app you can search for "workout" and it will bring up custom stations with workout music. I love this. Big range! Cardio Workout Crew is the one I like.

I am in my 2nd week of C25K. I don't know that it would work well in the house. You could try the treadmill version, as mentioned, or maybe just walk/run in your backyard.

Does wheat pasta measure out the same as regular pasta?? Is it still 1 cup cooked to 2oz dry?

I love the MFP app. I can update every morning 1st thing and log anythng I eat while on the go. I have a FitBit that keeps track of my calories burned. I love it. And it syncs it to the website for me. Keeps track of sleeping patterns also.

Doesn't that defeat the purpose? We burn those calories to lose, right? Not to add back in to be able to eat more.
