Is there a breakdown for the daily requirements for carbs,fats,proteins and cholesterol or, in other words, a limit to what one can consume on a daily basis of this foods.

I can relate to your plight. My body is reacting the same way. I, too, measure and have lost some inches but it is so depressing to not see the needle move on the scales or when it does move its up and down -never anything steady. All I can recommend is the tape measure. I guess one will lose so many inches one can fit…

Hi, I need to lose about 79 lbs. I keep bouncing back and forth. It seems like the more i exercise the more i gain. If i don't exercise then I may lose maybe (pushing it) 1/2 lb. I have lost some inches but looks like to me the scales would drop some. I need a thread like this. :explode:

Don't know but I would think if one keeps their metabolism humming it should be the same situation as a younger persons metabolism. As far as I know, the rules are the same for young or old.

How long per session? I walk 1 mile 3x's a day - usually after each meal. Is this ok.
