The only thing I have are the Weight Watchers frozen desserts. Had an iced strawberry swirl today... 74 calories and absolutely gorgeous!

Then I think losing 1 stone is probably more feasible. But, i'm sure if you try your best and work out, you'll lose weight and inches :)

I lost 7lbs in my first week, then in my second week I lost 1lb. I suppose everyone is different, but i'd probably expect a much lower loss than you had in your first week. :smile:

I weigh myself once a week and I take my measurements once every three weeks. :smile:

Whenever i'm craving sugar I eat a banana, it works for me :smile:

Personally, I always workout first then I come home and shower etc before finally eating dinner. But i'm sure everybody is different, you just have to find a good pattern for you. :smile:

Water actually does make me less hungry. Whenever i'm eating, I always have a large glass of water with my meal and this helps me to get fuller quicker. Also, if i'm hungry late at night, I will drink some water and eat a piece of fruit. This works for me but of course, everyone is different.:smile:

Personally, I just log everything in at the end of the day. It doesn't take me too long, maybe around 10 minutes or so. Logging my food and exercise is the last thing I do before I go to bed. :smile:

I think the trick is to try new exercises so that your body doesn't get used to the same thing all of the time. Also, try not to fall into a routine with the food you eat. Have a varied diet and do a range of exercises. Good luck! :smile:
