I'm in the same boat. My day is consumed about when and what to eat. But I would rather that then gain it all back. I feel great and celebrate the food I do eat and the results I'm getting. I'm finding healthy foods that I look forward to rather than dread the vegetable blah so I enjoy food more and not worry so much.

Good job! I have given in to the 'snacking' peer pressure too many times. And NO MORE! It's not worth the guilt later. Stick to your plan, this is what you want and you deserve a healthy future. You choose your snacks when you want them.

too funny. I met a guy who loved it to. I'm not seeing the 'Moulin Rouge - guy favourite movie' connection. It is so intersting to watch and not the usual 'rom com'. I usually don't' like movies with sad ending but this fun every time.

I eat about 350 for breakfast (fuller breakfast so my activites during the day burn it off) snack 50-100 lunch 200-250 snack 50-100 dinner 300 snack 200 plus any work out calories earned. Need my night time snacks so working out is my incentive.
