This is really cool because i tried to stay with p90x, and i was even seeing results, but i gave it up after 30 days...

Here's what i did. Invest in the 30 day Shred. (COMPLETELY worth 10 bucks at walmart) Then after 30 days invest in p90x (COMPLETELY worth the money also, :]) With p90x though, they reccomend you finish a less intense workout program before you move on up to the real deal p90x.. 30 day shred is perfect for that :]

I don't fast I just give up something that I usually use daily,and that is my sacrifice. This year I'm giving up caffeine!

so today i had a dairy queen oreo blizzard... and a shrip basket with onion rings D: but other than that i ate pretty healthy... and i did my daily 20 minute workout ... :/

or you could do some easy cardio like jumping jacks? and that way you are creating even more calories to eat! or jog in place for a couple minutes. i enjoy shadowboxing which is just like boxing without the bag. i think its more fun than exersize :]

yes yes yes! 30 day shred is wonderful. I'm on day 13... I think...lol/ anywayyyys I've been doing it everyday unless my muscles hurt too badly then i just give them a rest for the day :] It's so perfect for people who do not have a lot of time. Only 20 minutes! I do level 1 and 2 together now.

It's true :] Raspberry lemonade and fruit punch are delicious! It makes you think you are cheating but really you aren't! And it doesn't tear up your stomache like all those diet sodas. :]
