help please 30 day shred ppl!

how have you guys been logging your exersize for 30 day shred??

I haven't really known how to log the calories burned and stuff...

    go to exercise..circuit training and then put how long you worked out for...i know like level 1 is 20 mins long..:flowerforyou:

    I log mine as circuit training, and that is the common consensus when people ask this question on these boards.

    i wore my HRM for the first session and logged that under my cardiovascular exercises. Good luck with it!
