I wouldn't use the word FAILED. I would say maybe slip ups. FAIL sounds awful. You aren't a failure. You have to figure out what caused you to get off the train. There's usually stressors or something that is going on in your life.

HUGE HUGE HUGE Fan of Turbo Jam and Fire and Chalene Johnson. TURBO JAM helped me lose 127lbs in 2006-2008- I am up a bit since then but am back on the train. If anyone wants to add me- please do! My favorite workout ever!

There are certain words I do not use. I do NOT say that I cheated even if I had an unhealthy meal. When thin people have unhealthy meals, no one calls them a cheater, nor do I say I was BAD. If I eat too much I just have to move on right away. Not sit and think I am worthless because of a piece of food.

Hey Greg- I don't call anything a cheat day. I don't feel I need to personally be all or nothing. We all come to this from different angles. For many years I did the all or nothing thing and it didn't work for me at all. We can keep each other accountabile! :) thank you to everyone!

exactly- my dad ended up with heart failure due to poor eating habits but assumed that since he was thin, he could EAT ANYTHING as many thin people think until it bites them in the *kitten*. I don't want to tell this woman what to do but her boyfriend sounds childish, non supportive and immature.

Skinny doesn't equate to healthy. Focus on being fit. I have a friend who was very morbidly obese, had weight loss surgery and lost a lot of weight. Don't define yourself as a fat friend. Regardless of your weight, you have a lot more to offer than that. Anyway, Define yourself as a healthy friend- one who likes to eat healthy and be into fitness.

Why do you call it a cheat meal? There will be times when you eat more than others- and I'd say maybe 1 meal week is good. Why do people call it CHEATING? That word just makes me cringe, I am sorry. When you call it a cheat meal, you're calling yourself a cheater. You aren't a cheater. You are just a person who ate more.
