Love love love cats! I own 5 of them! I had a 6th but she passed away Sept 2010. They are like my children and follow me EVERYWHERE. They are at the door as I am turning the key in the lock to greet me and rub my leg, they keep me warm at night and sleep with me... I wouldn't have it any other away. :)

You can now use the dress as motivation! I ordered a Victoria's Secret bathing suit in a top and bottom both size mediums. Now i wear a large/xl (normally) and awesome enough, i got them today and they fit, but I could lose a few more inches. Instead of getting sad, fuel your motivation :)

I try my hardest to be under 2500. I don't know why, but geez sodium is in EVERYTHING. haha. I don't use salt or anything that has a huge amount like soups. I am still learning tho :)

No. I believe the protein is always set so low no matter what website you use to track your food. I notice that the more protein I eat, I lose more weight.

I totally agree that it's the mind! I used to run cross country in highschool, all four years. Now I was no star at it, but I did learn that it is mind over matter. I am 5'3"/ currently weigh 187lbs. I wear a Large in tops. Size 14/15 in pants right now. When I was 160lbs I wore a size 12/13 When I was 130lbs I wore a size 8. I have wider hips than most, I guess? But at a size 8 I was very happy and content.
