    Set your goal to lose 0.5lbs/week. The less you have to lose the slower it should be, this will ensure you lose mostly fat, instead of muscle.

    Eat healthy whole food. No junk food, limit processed food to the minimum. Work out consistently. You don't need to spend all your time in a gym, just move a little everyday. Don't give up. 10-14 is not a lot but it doesn't happen overnight. Take your time. Steady ones win the race!

    Be honest (log everything you put in your mouth). Drink your water, eat your protein, and exercise. Don't expect huge losses. slow and steady, and all that jazz.

    Thank you :) im hoping MFP will really boost my motivation i used to be a machine excersising and eating right then i got lazy hahahahaha so im hoping this is the tickett to get rid of my muffin top :)
