Thanks! The gym I go to is really strict on paying for training, speaking with a trainer, ect. so this is great advice! I'll do as much research as I can on proper form, or try to talk to some of the people lifting weights at the gym! Thanks again..

Hi :flowerforyou: I just browsed through your Food Diary and I see a lot of fast food restaurants entries. What you eat is in your calorie goal, but it still isn't healthy. The first thing I did was eased away from fast food as much as possible. I used to eat it almost every day, but now I might eat it 3-4 times a month.

I re-started the Shred after I completed it. & I'm adding 6 Week 6 Pack and Killer Buns & Thighs. The Shred is my main workout, and I'm alternating the others : )

It's pretty tough on the knees.. There's a lot of lunges & squats... She does have one person doing modified versions.
