Need some help.

I need someone who will review my diary and exercise log at least 2 or three times per week and offer constructive criticism and strategic suggestions. I know what I need to do. I know how to do it. But I don't; always make the right choices and I just need that someone in the back ground calling me out when I need it and offering encouragement when I do something right. What I don;t want is the standard "WTG", "Good Job" or " watch your sodium". I need something meaningful. I know it is a lot to ask, but I know there are people out there that enjoy helping others succeed. Send me a friend request if you truly want to help. Thanks in advance to those who will answer the call.

Just saw this...I'm willing to help! I've learned a whole lot on my journey, and I've gotten all kinds of good info. Now, I may not follow it 24/7...I mean, when I was sick, I know my sodium and carbs were way off! And today...I had to do with what I had. While I was at the store yesterday, forgot I was out of sausage, and didn't make any hard boiled eggs last night...so when I was stuck needing to put SOMETHING in my tummy this morning before going to the gym, because you have to put SOMETHING in your tummy in the first hour after waking up to get your metabolism going, I had to settle for a glass of orange juice. Plan on making up those extra carbs with fewer carbs at dinner.0

I'm doing good to COMPLETE my diary 2-3 times a week. I'm not ready for another responsibility.0

Hi :flowerforyou:
I just browsed through your Food Diary and I see a lot of fast food restaurants entries. What you eat is in your calorie goal, but it still isn't healthy. The first thing I did was eased away from fast food as much as possible. I used to eat it almost every day, but now I might eat it 3-4 times a month.0 -
Yeah...I see the same problem...lots of fast food...like breakfast this morning. If you are looking for something quick for breakfast, what I do is boil up some eggs, and get some pretty good (meaning not a lot of sodium, preservatives, and the like) fully cooked chicken sausage I can throw in the microwave. The 5 minutes I spend at home eating my sausage and eggs is what I would spend in any drive through, and it is better for me.0
