No secret at all. I stay at around 1380 calories per day. I cut out soda and bread. I used to think no bread would be hard but it got easier. I also workout 5 days per week. I get in 15k steps daily. I drink a ton of water. I do 30 day Shred to tone. It’s tough but I just keep going.

I have not done both programs. I've only ever done C2K but I still would like to give my input. I'd keep redoing it until you feel comforable with it. That way you have mastered it at the speed you want. Just my thoughts. Good luck with it!

My best excuse is I've already messed up on the diet portion for today so why work out? What good will it do?? That's also my excuse to eat more. It's not going to hurt the day is already lost.. .NOT!!!!!

I'm doing week one again. Its much harder on the treadmill. Im in Maryland and our weather is crappy too!! I will finish week one this week!!! 9 weeks until the color run.

First thing feel better!!!! Second eat and drink lots of fluids! You may wanna ease back into it once you start again. At least 1 or 2 days of week 5 or 6 just to get in the groove again.

Aww I know sometimes it can be a real struggle. But the end justifies the means. You're gonna look at yourself in a whole new way. If you don't try you surely can't succeed. We in this group are winners. You got this!!

I use my HRM but if you know your MPH then using MFP estimates is good. Its usually kinda close. I wouldn't eat back all the calories just in case its off.

We both live in the same area. Its nasty out. You're not making excuses. I will run in light rain. But not snow or this wintry mix. Great chance to injure yourself that way. Do some cardio at home to keep your momentum up.
