It works! I track my food (often). I workout 5 days per week. I mix it up a bit by doing C25K and 30 Day Shred. I also average 15k steps per day. It hasn’t been easy at all. But it works!!

Nearing the end of the week

Way too fast!!! Slow and steady wins the race
I did C25K on the treadmill. This is a first for me, as I ran outside the first time I did it. Anyway... I was walking at 3.5 and running at 4.5. That worked for about the first two rounds. After that I was exhausted!! Couldn't even finish the workout. Such a let down. Anyone have any settings advice? How's everyone else…

Anyone using a HRM?
My HRM (Polar) is my best friend. During the running parts, my heart rate gets up to 205 bpm. That is extremly high. It scares me because I have never been at that level of exertion before. Is anyone else using a HRM?

Red bull yes or no?
I'm exhausted need to hit the gym A friend of mine suggested a red bull. According to him it gives you so much energy you'll burn off more than the 120 calories in it plus more. I just don't want to crash afterward. Anyone have any Red Bull advice?

Did I eat too little?
Today was a great day. I worked out really hard at the gym. But because I went to the gym after work, I really wasn't hungry at dinner time. Therefore I only ate about 900 calories.
