12 oz Black coffee, a slice of toast and 4oz cinnamon applesauce. I don't typically do breakfast, but this morning it sure hit the spot and helped give me energy.

I'll send ya a friends request! Ive been looking for moms that log a lot for support. Its hard to stay on track, but we have to for our babies. I have a 19month old and a 5 month old and they sure keep me on my toes lol.

Kommo, I basically try to stick to what MFP goals gives me other than I try stay under 15g of fat a day. Generally my calories are 1300-1400.

Everything I wanted to say, someone else has said but I will add that you can do this thing!!! :) I started at 299 and i'm down to 244. It's been 2.5 years and it has seemed forever, but slow and steady wins the race. You just have to stay determined, set goals for yourself and stick to it!!

Small victory: I worked out 5 days and I lost 2.8lbs this week :smiley: I have ate right and it payed off. I pray I can continue this!

Thank you so much! I'm not concerned about weight loss right now, i'm more concerned with not gaining a ton of weight that isn't needed.
