Cool, my fiance is following something quite similar to this. Me personnaly I llie my vegies and fruit and prefer to eat like a normal person as for me I don't find this method maintainable. But everyone is different and if your getting results and happy to eat this way then it's awesome and hope you keep at it :)

I think everything in moderation - as long as it's not all the time/every meal. Then some small treats will not harm them. Michelle Bridges is more expensive but more valuable I think. I saw the plan that you get with Ashy bines - buy a few cook books instead ( the Michelle Bridges ones are fab) or the Bikini Body Cookbook. Really I think the Ashy Bines one is basic common sense - I didn't get much value from it. Good Luck

I think its because they don't know how to cook or make healthy options of meals. Using fresh herbs, spices etc and knowing how to substitute the unhealthy with the healthy makes a world of difference Healthy does not mean tasteless and bland!

Also, I spent 5 weeks in the US about 3 years ago and put on 6 kilos! Americans sure know how to serve bg meals! :) Thank god we discovered wholefoods about halfway through :)
