One other thing that may sound silly, but don't forget to breath. Me and a friend were talking about it the other day and there are times when we are working out that we are so into what we are doing we forget to breath. It doesn't happen much anymore, but I used to be really bad about it when weight lifting in high…

Congratulations on this accomplishment. That is a harder thing to quit than most people would think!

You CAN do it. Think positive. And I agree, it gets easier as you go. Starting and changing your mindset is the hardest part. Keep it up and be strong, you'll do great, it sounds like you have a good support system going!

I'm not a coffee drinker, but was a big diet mountain dew drinker. I went cold turkey and after about a week I started feeling FANTASTIC.
-
Good luck! I have found it to be helpful, hope it works for you!
-
I agree with carpenterselena1, very worth the money! I have it, and do it every morning M-F and LOVE it and feel like I'm getting a really good workout!

I made tuna noodle casserole and forgot the tuna.

I have had the same battle with food being comfort not fuel for...well forever it seems. I always think of Finding Nemo when the sharks say "Fish are friends not food" but changed it to "Food is fuel not friends" Good luck on your journey and congrats on your accomplishments.

When I was breastfeeding my OB told me to eat 500 extra calories per kid (I had twins) Good luck and I hope you enjoy your baby :) Breastfeeding your child is the best thing you can possibly do for them, Congratulations!

I never have, but think I want to try it!

I personally love Zumba. I have found that it is up to me to engage my muscles.I can move my arm up and down but that doesn't mean I'm working my muscle. If I flex and make sure I'm doing it right then I get a lot out of it. I have lost about 30 pounds and have toned up a TON doing Zumba and eating better. Like any workout…

Zumba!!! I do it every morning without fail!

Tammy one of my goals is to get a shorter haircut too after I lose weight! Between feeling like my face was just too fat or that I looked like a shrunken head with my big body, I know it will take losing weight for that one :) Good luck!!

I made a goal to get a new tattoo when I lose 50 pounds, and want to be comfortable in a tank top to show it off!
-
Good points all around! :)

Congrats on your loss. I understand. I have lost 27 pounds since January and very few people have noticed or commented. And the people who do are ones that know I'm working on it. I think you're doing great, keep up the good work!!!

I have noticed that the more water I drink, the more thirsty I seem to be. It's like my body wants it more now that I'm not flooding it with diet soda :)

Crocs too! Worst shoes ever are Crocs and Uggs are worst boots ever!
-
I mostly take leftovers or cereal for lunch, or the occasional frozen dinner. Nothing too exciting, but it is easier than hitting a local fast food joint.
-
I shoot pool left handed, and can throw both left and right handed but am right handed naturally
-
Like most of the others, I'll suggest Zumba!
-
Andrea or Dre, or Drea at work. Or Mama :)

I do Zumba every morning 5 days a week and it makes a difference! My body is shrinking! I started in January and can definitely tell a difference! I am down about 25 pounds since I started it!
-
I did that too...It made me learn quick though :)
-
I weighed as much when I started this journey in January than I did when I had my twins...7 years ago! :( changin that though!

It is so good to surround yourself with like minded people who support you and are going through the same thing as you. I had been telling myself and some people I was going to do this, but then would get food forced on me. I'd go to my parents and if they were having dinner I would serve myself what I wanted and they…
