I'm not sure how long you have been doing this. Be sure to log everything you eat and drink. Weigh and measure your food to be accurate. I was surprised when I started how many calories I was actually eating.

Oh I'm not giving up. Disappointed? yes, but, quitting? no way. Just trying to see what I need to change to get the pounds to start dropping again.

I think anyone can take the easy way out, but, it is so much more rewarding when you put in the hard work. I think you will do better in the long run because you know how much work it is and wont want to go back. If you have surgery its easy to let it go and say it's ok I can just do surgery again.
