Hi - Starting on a TUESDAY! :)

I am trying this by a friends request who says it's a very cool thing to do. I'm not one to exercise, but I do try my hardest at eating healthy. My biggest downfall is eating out with the girls at work, and maybe some late nite cinnamon toast with BUTTER. As a matter of fact BUTTER is my downfall of all downfalls. Yummeh...

    Make sure you log everyday and when you get to your daily calorie goal stop eating. This includes counting butter calories ALL OF THEM. Good luck
