I get similar experiences and I workout at home. My brother and I put together our home gym, and he likes to leave me presents, such as a loaded bar to un-rack :(. He said it's to give me more of a challenge lol. What are older brother's good for, eh ;)

Right now I have a home gym with a squat rack and the basics. It works well since my lifting program doesn't call for much, but I wouldn't mind having the wide variety of machines that come with a gym.

I agree with what @Psych101 said! Lifting is so empowering, and I'm kind of addicted to it. When I'm on my "rest" days, I'm thinking about it and how to improve my form, etc. Also, I really want my friends and more females to get into it. Girl power and all :p . It's also made me more aware of my body and it's imbalances.…

I'm working my way up to maintenance calories now. I really hope I can maintain on 2000 or even more calories lol. I'm short though, so who knows.

Jeans just seem really uncomfortable for strenuous workouts. Walking is fine, but if you're lifting, you might end up ripping them depending on how fitted they are. Also, the possible chaffing that could happen :(
