Bump! This is amazing. I am 5'4 and starting weight is 200, I would love to get down to 130-135. I have currently only lost 3 pounds. I started on Jan. 7th. You are so inspiring. I will come back and take a peek when I need a boost, and to know that it is possible.

I just did level 1, day 6! I had to take the weekend off due to an awful pain in my left shoulder, but I got my butt out of bed this morning and am finished with 30DS for the day! =) Feels good!

I just completed Level 1, Day 2. =) I also have tried it before and was almost done with level 2, and didn't end up finishing. I AM finishing this time around.

I am on Day 5 of 30DS! Amazing results, I hope mine are just as good as yours! Did you eat back your exercise calories, or just eat 1200 calories a day? Also, how tall are you?!

I am going to start this today, and had a question! How do you guys put this into the exercise portion of MFP? Also, has anyone been doing this and running 3-4 times a week? I'm currently running about that much and was wondering if it was doable? :happy:

I started this in the summer of 2011. And then school started and I never got finished with it. I think I got to like the 6th week though. I restarted about 3 weeks ago. Tomorrow will be week 3 day 1. I ran in jr. high school and a little bit in high school. But not too much since then. It is certainly do able. I love how…

Is it too late to join? I am currently at about 180 pounds, hoping to get to 130-140 by the middle of June. I get married July 7th, so I want to be at this weight for final dress fittings. If its not too late I would love to join this group for motivation, and ideas.

I know how you feel, though I am not study abroad, I am in college and sometimes struggle with binge eating. This site has made it better! I have only been a member for like 17 days or something, but it has seemed to help a lot. I am 21 as well, and am really looking forward to feeling confident in my on body again soon.

You look great! I was wondering what kind of exercises you did to help with this process, if any. I am 5' 4" as well, and my starting weight is a little lower than yours(190), and my first major goal weight is 135. Then I will continue on and hope to lose a bit more. If you have any advice for me I would love to hear it.

Congrats! You look awesome! Thanks for sharing. I just started a two weeks ago so things are still a bit shaky for me, and this is just what I needed to see. My start weight was 190, now its 187. And Im hoping to get down to 135 (or less!) And your pictures were a true inspiration to me!
