  • i am not sure but from the pain and the pulling i would say a cut all acoss my abdomen but it is under but they did have to remove my belly button so I am not 100% sure.

  • I was working out before surgery not a lot but was working out and working a lot, I am an LNA so I did a lot when i was at work, I am so afraid to gain weight or gain once i am able to really do stuff again.

  • My height is 5'7" current weight is 213.4 I can walk around the house and stuff but i can't do a lot due to what I had done for surgery. i am not bedridden I still do some normal stuff just can't lift above my waste with the things I can pick up.

  • add me to the group after a rough start the hubby is gone and deployed so back to somewhat of a normal rountine working hard to get weight off so he wont recignize me when he gets home..
  • goals for today make sure i am getting enough calories in (this has been hard for me) fold the laundry do the dishes bring in wood drink at least 8 cups of water. run to get ride of some stress
