  • I am looking to lose around 150 I have already lost about 82. Always looking for new friends, good luck with your journey this is a great site.
  • Not sure how but i gained a pound. I ran my first every 5k sat took me 40 mins and then did wood all weekend i am hoping it is water but time will tell i have been really good have not gone over my daily cal limit.
  • Welcome back, i tried weight watchers and lost all the weight i needed to the first time around but now i am doing it with this site and i am doing great.
