I did write in my profile that if my friends did not login everyday they would be deleted, I did wait thought until you had missed about 5 days, for me personally I want motivation from people who do login everyday, if your not logging in everyday how can you motivate me? It's nothing personal

No special plan just exercise 5 days a week and stick within my calories, thanks everyone, means a lot :-)

You've lost 28lbs in space of about 6/7 weeks? That's brilliant you done so well, and muscle does weigh more than fat so it don't mean you ain't losing inches? Have you measured yourself with tape measure??

Hi, I do vicky binns dance it off for an hour, it is split into 4 different 15minute sections, I have done this workout on and off now for over 4yrs and I always saw results but then I'd just get bored and give up. Not this one tho, this time it's different because before I didn't have MFP and I wasn't counting the…

Thanks everyone, I eat 1200 calories a day, some days go over few calories but not too much and I have one treat day a week, I do a exercise workout DVD 3-4 times a week and go for a 6mile bike ride 6days sometimes 7days a week

I haven't lost 73lbs I got 73lbs to go lol. Lost 20lbs so far in six weeks, my advice would be to stick to your calorie deficit as much as you can and get some exercise in there, I eat 1200 calories a day but I do sometimes go over and I have a treat day once a week but asking as I get my exercise in there I don't worry…

I have been doing a workout DVD 3-4 times a week and a 2 mile bike ride every night plus sticking to calorie intake most of time, I have gone over a few calories here and there but nothing major and I have had a treat day once a week.
