Hi I have been doing this now since end June, I have lost 1 stone 2 lbs but I can't tell in my photos, can you? I have uploaded some from before I started (in pink top) and some of me after ( in black and white top) thanks in advance

    I couldn't post them in the actual post I don't know how to do that, you should be able to see them on my profile how ever, appreciate it thank you willuare, it's nice when other people do notice even if you can't
