  • Good luck on your journey! I'm starting tomorrow (Monday) as well!!
  • Thank you so much for creating this google doc for us!! I have been trying to track down and book mark the links ahead of time for the challenge, so I don't get discouraged, or make an excuse to miss a work out one day because I can't find it. your document is great!!! Also, love your equalizer! My boyfriend does a bunch…
  • I love this thread, and this is the exact question I've been wondering!! My original goal was to lose 45-50lbs, but I'm starting to think I'll be content with 30-35lbs. I love hearing about everyone's success'!!!
  • I am planning to start walking to work now that I've moved to a closer office (3.5kms from home) so I have been wondering the same thing... Will I see (PHYSICAL) results walking 45mins twice a day?? I know there are plenty of health benefits, but I've had the same issue with working out at the gym. I did the same thing, I…

  • Congrats on your success! I am dying to know what your secret # 3 was... I promise, no judgement, no hate mail! I totally understand if its something controversial, and not wanting to post it on a board. sometimes the arguments do get a bit out of hand... pls msg me, tho! :)

  • OMG, I will not eat popcorn without nutritional yeast. I grew up eating it that way, and have gotten many friends hooked now! I drizzle air popped with olive oil (stays crunchy, not soggy!) a good fat, then sprinkle lots of yeast, and season with garlic powder, cayenne, dill weed, and sea salt. DELISH!!
  • Oh, and another go to protein snack, low sodium natural/organic turkey or chicken deli meat slices, rolled up with a low fat cheese string, inside, or on the side, and mustard. I'm not a big meat fan, but this is a pretty tasty afternoon work snack! :)
  • I have the exact same problem. trying to up my protein, and down my chip intake! Luckily, I was armed with what I thought was a guilty pleasure growing up that I recently discovered was not so guilty at all, two birds with one stone: air popped popcorn, with olive oil drizzled over it, seasoned with Nutritional Yeast,…
  • My cubicle at work is in a hidden corner, so I sneak in exercises throughout the day... no more kicking off my heels when I do my squats! Definately gonna have to try this!!
  • I just joined!! I've gone thru and copied and pasted your past work outs into an 'all day event (set to free, not busy of course)' in my outlook calendar, until mid june!! I hope to see some more new ones get posted, so I can bump the ones I've already got in there (just in case!) with the current ones! this is a great…
  • wow, amazing results, WTG!!!
  • I grew up eating alot of things I didn't think were weird, but later in life, friends and boyfriends found alot of them odd! some of the examples: Homemade cottage cheese perogies with melted butter, raspberry jam & sour cream! Pancakes topped with hard boiled eggs (fork mashed), melted butter and syrup. OMG, delish!…
  • Hi Karelle!! I have wrist problems as well, what I've done for push ups is 2 things: 1. until I rebuilt up the strength, I did them elevated say on the back of a couch, with feet stretched out, and you touch your chest to the couch, then push back out to straight arms. Once my wrists were 100% ok with that style, I moved…
  • I bought this book, and was a bit skeptical, but it made sense to me, so I thought, well, it can't hurt to try for awhile! I half did the kick start, on a couple meals I cheated, and ate some refined whole grains, but in the first 7 days, eating this way, 3-400 calories, with the protein/carb/fat ratio she recommends,…
  • my favourite things to do with tofu (I always buy extra firm) 1. cut into 1/2-1" cubes and marinade with: 3 tablespoons EVOO, 1 whole lemon's juice, lots of fresh garlic (5-6 cloves, I like garlic), fresh parsley, black pepper, and 1-3tsp low sodium soy sauce. Sometimes i add a tablespoon or so of balsamic vinegar too. I…
