I have noticed I don't eat a lot of protein probably just at dinner. Do you think eating more protein throughout the day helps with sugar cravings?

I try my best to stick to 1400 calories 4 days a week and then at weekend I'm well into the 2000. I'm losing at 0.5lbs a week so really I'm not limiting myself. I did it for two weeks years ago and hated every minute of it and lost 4lbs. I think I could have lost the same on a calorie restricted diet. Never again and I couldn't live that way forever anyway. For me it's about incorporating every food you enjoy and cutting back with the calories on a daily basis.

Make sugar free jelly and have it with a muller light yoghurt. Any crisps under 100 cals, ryvita with peanut butter and banana, home made soup veg only, blue ribands, kit kats, chomps, crunchie 's, crackers with low fat cheese traingles, cold meat straight from the pack, warburton thins with whatever..

I tried sw for a week and found it too ridiculous to continue. I love MFP you can binge on the things you do enjoy as long as it's within your calories.

Sorry meant to add that I don't count calories in vegetables unless it's beans or potatoes. The reason for this I wouldn't eat them and have a biscuit instead if I was thinking about the calories. I do count fruit.

I'm not stressed and I don't have an issue I just enjoy it. I don't use it to wind down either. I don't need a drink I just enjoy having a drink there is a difference. It's only recently I've put on this weight as I also have a sweet tooth.

I have a massive bowl of sugar free jelly and muller light yoghurt. I always keep jelly in the fridge. It's really filling and very low in calories.

Warburton square wraps are about 149 calories and more filling I think. You could half the tortilla for half the calories and use it over two days.

I've had the mirena for 12 years and never had an issue. Never gained weight with it either, it's only recently I've gained 10lbs due to change of job. Apart from that I think you need to see the doctor if you have pain.

I would say there are a lot more calories in the chips. If you compare it to a box of microchips where there are hardly any in a box and they are 158 calories for 100grams.

I never log vegetables unless its potatoes or beans. Even if that means I have a gigantic salad or bowl of soup. I have 1400 calories 4 days and 1800 calories 3 days a week. I log everything else religiously. Personally for me the spread sheet is too much. However good luck if it works for you.
