Just read one of the weirdest recipes on a drink, that helps you lose weight, it was on the doctors (arabic version). Anyway if you're interested here it is:
Ingredients:
1/2 bunch of parsley
10 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice.
Prep:
pour 3 cups of water and all the ingredients in a pan, and put on a low heat.
Once the the water is boiled turn the heat off and leave to cool. Pour the entire content in a bottle/jug and leave over night.
Sieve the ingredients apart from the water. And that's the drink done.
Drink one cup in the morning, and drink what's left 30 minutes before you're meal.
I'm going to give it a go, and will let you know how it goes
P.S. exercise and controlled diet is also required

weight loss is calories in vs calories out...not a magic drink0

That's just ridiculous and who in their right mind would want to drink garlic, think it would be better on a salad or chicken!0

Please give specifics on toxins...the body doesn't need a detox.

you filter it out, you dont blend it or anything, you leave it over night, the water is then infused.0 -

Nothing in that mix can hurt you... It might not taste great.... Give it a go and let us know how it is...0

Garlic and parsley both have health benefits. The reason for infusing the water is that you can't really eat that much parsley and garlic in a day. Well, possible but not easy. Can't hurt you.0

OP, you'll notice quickly on this site that NO ONE likes to see any suggestions such as this one. I agree with everyone that it sounds gross & it's all about just your calories in & calories out. Simple as that. If you're interested in it though, absolutely go for it. & if it helps you.. That's awesome! I'd just refrain from putting things like this on here because you won't get much positive feed back. Good luck to you! :-)0
